Changes

Hey friends, as you guys have already noticed this is my first blog and the title I chose is "Changes". You must be wondering why I chose changes and what I want to say about it. Well, the things I want to mention about changes are :-

 1. CHANGE- is it a change after all?
Change is the only thing that's permanent which is contrary to the well known quote "Nothing remains the same". All are subjected to changes with respect to the streamed line flow of time, but "Change" itself is permanent. Changes are important and they help us know better. Yes, I know what you are thinking now. How come changes possibly help us know ourselves better when CHANGE defines anomaly between previous state and the current state, and if there is a variation then it becomes more tricky to know about the subject better. Well, my friends I completely agree with you in this but at the same time I would like to throw light on the fact that there exists a PATTERN in every change. When we talk about simple harmonic motion, it follows periodic motion which means that the motion repeats itself after a fixed interval of time. The bob oscillates from it's extreme position to it's mean position and then back to extreme position which. begins the dance of the bob. The change we thought was a change in fact turned out to be an unnoticed pattern.

2. SEASONAL CHANGE

Everyone knows that the Earth revolves around the sun and it takes 365 and 1/4th of a day to complete its entire revolution. This sophisticated revolution mixed with the wobbling rotation of the Earth makes us see what we call seasons.
Many poets and writers have wrote stupendous work on the first two seasons i.e spring and summer and they all focused in some way or the other on reviving of Earth after the cold and morbid phase of winter.  Flowers starts blooming. The chirping of the birds which was washed away by the winter can again be heard. New leaves starts to dress up the  naked trees. The days starts to get longer. The soothing absorption of vitamin E from the sun. The sweet rise of temperature. The sight of the people who comes out of their home again and starts to build up again what was either destroyed or procrastinated by the winter. All these brings hope in the mind of all but little did we know that the same flower which smiles today, tomorrow would be dying.

 Bienvenue  "Autumn and spring"

The leaves turns yellow and the sun rays falling on the leaves makes it look gilded. The days starts getting shorter and nights getting longer. the crops are sown and the food is saved for the winter. The birds starts building up better nests. The small animals like squirrel and weasels starts collecting food and brace themselves bravely to hold up against the harsh winter. The wind once warm now turns cold falling prey to the seasonal transition. The leaves starts to fall from the trees and slowly and gradually the streets are covered with these dead leaves fallen from the beautiful heights of wonders. Everything starts to become more monotonous and one of the most noticing thing about winter is the DEAD SILENCE.
Silence which becomes louder than thunder and  transforms the once busy and loud streets into a vacant theater where the only sound we can hear is the sound of our breathing resonating within the walls of  the deserted playhouse. But wait! The stage is being set, the curtains are getting drawn, the actors are flooding in, the backstage is filled with the people where music is being created by their footsteps. Et voila! It's the Spring knocking at the door and the cycle repeats.

So, this is the classical example of the change we can see around us how the changes turned into a cycle and the same changes repeats itself after every year.

I guess you understood the concept what i'm trying to dissipate that changes in fact are patterns which we have to understand and accept rather than running away from it. I want to end my post by writing a small line from the song A change if seasons - Dream Theater

"Seasons change and so can I, hold on boy, No time to cry, Untie this strings I'm climbing down I won't let them push me way"
